Lightship Editions Shipping and Return Policy
95% of orders ship the same or next business day. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, and the delay of shipping will be longer than 3 business days we will notify you by email. If you would like to have your products by a certain date please contact us and check the availability.
We ship Monday through Friday only. Transit times vary depending on shipment origin.
We accept returns regardless of reason within 30 days of customer receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, which will be waived if a replacement order is placed. A credit for the order amount, minus freight and the restocking fee (if applicable) will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 5 days of receipt and inspection of your return. Returns must be in re-sellable condition, or a credit will not be given.
Prior to returning products you must contact Lightship Editions via telephone (603) 766-0210 to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number.

You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but be sure to get a tracking number so you will be able to verify that we receive the return. If a customer sends back a return that is not eligible for a credit, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight if they would like the product back again.
